Allison Lince-Bentley, Flute

Allison began playing the flute in 6th grade and was ready to quit after the first year. Luckily, her mother enrolled her in private flute lessons, and with the guidance of a kind and enthusiastic teacher, she stuck with it. Now, she couldn't imagine life without the flute. Allison has taken it with her on travels all over the world, and continues to play in community chamber groups and orchestras. She began teaching private lessons at the Sitar Center in 2004 and learns new things every day from her terrific students.
