Raj Bery, Music Theory Tutor

While he was never a teacher, he has had a great interest in education and considers it a privilege to have served on the board of two separate schools. Professionally, he was a Chemical Engineer with an international engineering and construction company and worked for many years in various parts of the world. While in New Jersey, he served on the board of Far Brook School, Short Hills, NJ, an independent school with a philosophy of learning through the arts and, later, also served on the board of the American School in Milan, Italy. Raj Bery joined the Sitar Center as a Multimedia Room/Theory tutor with his wife Marjorie in 2006.
