There is a 15% reduction for non-profit organizations or individuals, excluding the recording studio, dark room and practice rooms. See below for reduced rates and additional information.

Theater

Additional Information
- Multiple Rental Discount: $20 per show discount if renting 3 or more times. This is capped at $100.
- Multiple Room Rental Fee: Each classroom or additional space is $15/hour.
- Deposit: 25% of the rental fee is due to reserve the space. If the renter is receiving a multiple show discount, he/she must pay the 25% deposit on all of the rentals in order to receive the discount.
- Reception Fee: There is a $15 charge for use of the gallery or lobby to hold a reception. Sitar Arts Center will provide table(s), trashcans and trash bags. The renter is responsible for removing all trash and for clean up.
