Get Involved

Hundreds of students come to the Center each day to study art, music, dance, drama, digital arts, and creative writing. This amazing opportunity would not be possible for most without the unwavering support of our volunteers, parents, donors, and staff. In addition to the positive impact this involvement has on our students, many find that volunteering is a life-enriching experience and an opportunity to make a difference in the community.

Volunteer Your Time
Volunteers are the heart of Sitar Arts Center. Each week, more than 100 volunteers and partner organizations teach approximately 60 classes in visual art, dance, creative writing, drama, music, digital arts and approximately 100 private music lessons.

Parental Involvement
Through A.R.T.S. Circle parents can participate in their children's arts education as well as learn a few art forms from various community strengthening workshops developed just for them.
