Register for School Year Programs
HOW TO REGISTER FOR FALL 2020 ONLINE – NEW REGISTRATION PROCESS!
The following is the registration process for Early Childhood Arts, Arts Afterschool, and Aftercare Programs.
1) Submit a form for a registration appointment and choose an appointment slot.
We will hold zoom appointments to complete class selection and accept payment. Appointments will be 15-30 minutes, and will give us an opportunity to chat with you, and help you to ensure you are picking the best classes to suit your family’s needs.
You must upload 2019 tax documents to qualify for our sliding fee scale or waive the income verification before your appointment will be confirmed. Here is the link to the form: https://form.jotform.com/202294976927167
Prior to your appointment, you will be sent a confirmation email to confirm your appointment time that will also include links to finalize your registration paperwork. In the confirmation email, we will also include a Zoom link for the appointment.
2) Attend your Zoom appointment and select classes.
The Class list is posted here, and you should come to your appointment with classes in mind.
During your appointment you will make your tuition payment. At this time, we are only able to accept payment via credit card. Payment plans are available.

3) Pick up your Class Supplies.
Supply pick up will be September 28 – October 2. You will receive specific pick up times after enrollment is complete.
4.) Attend a Family Orientation.
Orientation will be held via Zoom to ensure your family understands how to access our online classes. Classes will be held via Discord and Zoom.
We will send out a Parent Guide to all registered families, as well as, offer recordings of the Orientations if you are unable to attend.
