the Sitar Center
The Patricia M. Sitar Center for the Arts has partnered
with BetterWorld Telecom to bring our friends and supporters low
rates on national and international long distance, calling card,
and toll-free services—rates guaranteed not to increase for
a year.
A portion of each subscriber's BetterWorld
bill is donated to the Sitar Center. Every call you make helps fund
the programs of the Sitar Center, inlcuding the construction project
for our new facility at 1700
Kalorama Road, NW.
In addition to supporting the Sitar Center, BetterWorld
Telecom donates 3% of sales and 3% of employee time to mainstream
charitable organizations that benefit children, education, and the
environment such as Special Olympics, Make-A-Wish Foundation, and
the Nature Conservancy.
