Parking Tips
Street Parking
Street parking is available around Sitar Arts Center, but is zoned for two-hour parking. The block directly in front of the Center is two-hour metered parking from 9:00 am–10:00 pm Monday-Saturday. The blocks adjacent to the Center are zoned for unmetered two-hour parking from 7:00 am–8:30 pm Monday–Friday, unless you have a Zone 1 parking permit.
Ticketing is enforced.
Paid Parking
Paid parking is available at Colonial Parking, 2328 Champlain St, NW, three blocks from the Center. For more information, contact Colonial Parking at (202) 295-8100
The Park at Adams Morgan is another garage very close to the Center, located at 1711 Florida Ave., NW, one block east of the intersection of 18th Street and California Street. The Park can be reached at (202) 295-8200
